Portal Registration Process via Email
Navigation: Go to https://comwebportal.com/login
- Click Register as a new user
- Type and Select your specific Association’s name from the search prompt field
- Enter your primary email address
- Click Find my record using this email
- If your email matches the email in GTPM’s database, you’ll be prompted to create and confirm your password.
- Check for your inbox for a confirmation email and click the verification link inside to activate your account.
- If your email does not match the email in the database, enter your email address.
- Select your street address from the dropdown options.
- Enter your Account number as shown on your HOA statement.
- Create and Confirm your password.
- Password must be at least six (6) characters
- Must have at least one (1) digit (‘0’ – ‘9’)
- Must have at least one (1) lowercase letter (‘a’ – ‘z’)
- Must contain at least one (1) uppercase letter (‘A’ – ‘Z’)
- Must contain at least one (1) special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * . ,)
