Landscape Review Committee – reviews completion of work on a lot and reports to the board. The review involves the checklist and compliance with the CC&R’s. Once completed and accepted, the board votes on the return of the deposit to the owner / developer.
Architectural Review Committee (ARC) – reviews development submissions and makes recommendations to the board. The reviews include house construction, fences, patios, landscaping, stain color changes, and any improvements to a lot.
